Our class trip to
the Bettendorf Family Museum was fantastic! Thank you to all the adults who
attended the trip with the preschoolers. Your support is always appreciated!
There were so many engaging and fun hands-on activities to do at the museum!
Here are a few pictures of the students on this exciting day:

Worms!
Both the AM and PM
classes were able to learn about worms this past week! They were excited, and
some a little apprehensive at first, about exploring the worms, but they had a
blast! Here are some pictures:

Things That Move!
The
AM and PM classes have been studying about things that move! Students have been
busy writing, creating, building, experimenting, imagining, and moving based on this
theme. In the pictures below, students pretended to be mechanics fixing vehicles, washed cars in soap, made tire tracks using paint, created a rocket out
of a box (their idea!), and showed off their dance moves! Enjoy!

Gross Motor
Spring is finally
almost here! This means we will be outside more and more! (Yay!) However,
before we begin playing at our preschool outdoor area and playground again, I
thought I’d share some pictures of our time spent in the gym over the past
couple of months. Students practiced balancing, improved hand-eye coordination,
used gross motor skills, and engaged in active play.
