Preschool Fun from Last Week!

Here are some fun pictures of my AM and PM classes from school. Students in my PM class requested I make them a mini version of our “mouse game,” so they can be seen in these pictures playing it together. There are also a few pictures of the morning and afternoon classes playing in the classroom.  I’ve also included my PM class from the Homecoming parade last Friday. Enjoy! :) 

Opposites Week

Last week, we learned about opposites. Through stories, acting out, modeling, and games, students learned about various types of opposites. Each student even posed to show an opposite action (i.e. hot or cold, sad or happy) for a classroom book that will be introduced this week into our classroom library. To wrap up our opposite week lessons, I introduced preschoolers to our parachute! Using the parachute, the concept of opposites was reinforced when students made the parachute go high/low, fast/slow, and up/down. Enjoy these pictures of both the AM and PM classes! 

First Day of Preschool!

Our first day of preschool finally arrived! It was a delight to see so many smiling new and returning faces. Thank you to all the families for being so supportive throughout home visits, our parent meeting, and during our first day of school.  I strongly feel that we are a team in molding your preschooler’s future.
